COMPANY OVERVIEW

PT Dana Luas Investasi is a financial holding company. It was established based on Deed No. 08 dated July 10, 2017 from M. Nova Faisal, S.H., M.Kn notary in Jakarta. This deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. AHU- 0029667.AH.01.01.YEAR.2017 on July 12, 2017.The Articles of Association have been amended several times, the latest amendment was on January 31, 2019. This amendment was adopted based on Notarial Deed No. 39 On January 31, 2019 from Mochamad Nova Faisal, S.H., M.Kn,a notary in Jakarta. This amendment deed was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. AHU-0007592.AH.01.02.YEAR.2019 on February 13, 2019.

In accordance with Article 3 of the Company's Articles of Association, the scope of business activities of the Company is conducting business in the fields of asset management, providing financial advisory services and management consulting services.
